    Cinnamon sticks come from the inner bark of a tree native to Southeast Asia. The warm, spicy-sweet flavour enlivens both sweet and savoury dishes.

    Suggested use:

    Cinnamon pieces are used in Indian curries, Middle Eastern pilaus and Cape Malay biryani. Use to flavour coffee, tea, chai lattes and mulled wine. Add a stick to simmer with your oatmeal or stewed fruit. Adds a subtle flavour to roasts and meat marinades.
