    Tsire Spice tin

    Tsire is a West African spice blend, traditionally made with chopped peanuts. This spice is made with hazelnuts. Use to marinate by mixing with olive oil for a tasty, crunchy crust. Sprinkle on meat or vegetable kebabs, after basting with oil and lemon juice. Enlivens casseroles and stews with an aromatic flavour. Add to yoghurt for a spicy dressing.

    Suggested use:

    To season and add layers of flavour to good food.
