A gluten free flour with no leavening properties made of cooked and finely ground potatoes. Useful in bread recipes, sauces, or with baking to create a more moist and flexible texture. Use in small quantities.
Note: Not ideal to use in egg-free recipes or heavy doughs and dough with high oil oil content.
