Sorghum is an excellent grain or protein to use for people suffering from Coeliac’s disease, yeast related illness like Candida or gastro-intestinal disorders. The antioxidant level in brown sorghum bran is higher than that of blueberries.
Anti fungal proteins are related to grain mold resistance in sorghum and can therefor help to fight candida in the gut.
