Organic Coconut Whipping Cream

Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 3 hours. Shake well, pour into a bowl and using an electric mixer or (hard) whisk whip it till light and frothy. Use for all your dairy-free baking and cooking.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
