Yellow Mustard Seeds are milder than black mustard seeds. Frying in hot oil or dry roasting tempers the seed’s heat, makes it more fragrant, sweeter and nuttier. Use as a base for curries and stir-fries, along with other spices, ginger and garlic. Add to roast beef and seafood. Mustard seeds can be ground into flour to make a basic mustard or added to sauces, vinaigrettes and dry rubs.
