Astragalus Root Extract
Solgar’ Astragalus Root Extract contains 250mg of raw astragalus root powder and 225mg of astragalus root powdered extract. Astragalus has been used in Chinese tradition for thousands of years.
Suggested use: As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the directions for use.

The flowering plant astragalus belong to the family of legumes and is a native to China. Only a handful of the 2000 species have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Astragalus is derived from the root of a plant (Astragalus membranaceus) in the pea family. It is also known as milk vetch root and huang qi.
