Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia), like its own red colour, has a strong affinity to blood purification and circulation. It is traditionally used to support lymph drainage and as a tonic for general immunity. Manjishta is also known to be helpful during menstruation and menopause.

Suggested use:

Take 1 teaspoon twice daily mixed into a liquid of your choice. Note: It may turn urine darker or reddish.
