also called purple coneflower, is one of the most popular herbs worldwide. Echinacea plants are loaded with plant compounds that function as antioxidants, and help fight against oxidative stress, that has been linked to chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and many others.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is well-known as a natural booster of the body’s immune system. It supports the production of white blood cells which form the body’s natural defence against infection. Its powerful antioxidant properties protect these cells from harmful free radicals. This is particularly evident in the case of our skin cells. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that strengthens the skin’s resistance, furthering the skin’s natural regeneration process. Vitamin C also contributes to the formation of collagen; which aids the development of strong bones, hair and nails.

Zinc
