    Suggested use: Start a dose with ½-2 teaspoons and increase the dose if necessary to 1-2 tablespoons daily. It is recommended to divide daily dose into several portions a day. Mix the powder with juice or water.  MSM’s half-life in the body is 12 hours, so using it in the morning and at night will bring the most benefit.
