Simply Bees’ bees collect from the local Fynbos, which is located in a remote area with no commercial farming in the area of collection thus minimising exposure to pesticides. They also do not feed or medicate their bees at all.
Honey varies greatly in colour, flavour and consistency depending on the kind of blossom from which the bees have gathered their nectar. As responsible beekeepers, Simply Bee only filter their raw honey the traditional way using only a cheese-cloth to obtain “Pure” honey. Simply Bees honey is also badger-friendly.
Additional information:
Honey in its natural form will crystallize. To decrystallize, place jar in hot water.

Simply Bee Honey is Pure Fynbos honey and as pure as you can get. We are very proud to say that our honey is not just pure but also really organic.
Our bees collect from the local Fynbos, which is located in a remote area with no commercial farming in the area of collection. We also do not feed or medicate our bees at all. When we filter our honey we never heat above 40°C to not damage any of the high levels of healing properties in honey. Unfortunately we have to heat it up a little to let it run easier when we use a cheese cloth for filtering the honey, this is only to remove the wax from the honey.
We are also very proud to be a badger friendly farm. We place our hives on stands so that the badger cannot get to them.

This is a thick, delicious raw honey that sparkles with natural goodness; spread it on toast, stir it into tea or simply savour a spoonful straight out the jar!
