Using your cups is super easy.

1. Use The Body Cups in the shower or bath or with your favorite Bellabaci Genie in a Bottle.
2. Simply apply your massage medium to facilitate the movement of the cup.
3. Proceed to squeeze the cups in the air, set it down on your method area, release your grip as suction is achieved and just glide the cup. Great ways to move the cup for ultimate results is by draining the lymph by moving the cups from the ankles to knees, knees to thighs, etc, always working towards the heart.
4. Follow by using circles or zigzag movements to increase circulation and enhance your method, end off by draining again to remove any dislodged waste products.

Additional information:

Bellabaci Cupping is not dangerous and can be easily administered in the comfort of your own home or Spa environment if done properly and safely. Unlike other invasive Cupping techniques Bellabaci, does not make use of Glass, Wet or Stationary Cupping techniques. The signature Bellabaci  Massage is an easy, gentle, relaxing Cupping massage whereby the silicone Cups are glided on the affected area in circular motions. All products come with a small instruction manual.

It is important to check in with your own or your clients’ comfort level to gauge pressure. Cupping should not be painful or uncomfortable. If a client or yourself experiences pain, it is a signal to release some suction on the cups.

• Young or old clients
• Low blood pressure
• Never glide over major veinsor arteries
• Do not glide through lymph nodes. You can, however, ”activate” the lymph node by using the Fish Bite movement x 3
• Kidneys– Use light suction
• During pregnancy, avoid cupping on the abdomen and lower back

• Energy depleted clients  (fasting, anemia)
• High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

• Varicose veins
• Diabetics
• Clients on blood thinner medication (anti-coagulants) or antibiotics
• Bulging or herniated organs, slipped discs
• Cancer (5 years remission)
• Sunburn
• Open cuts and abrasions
• Blood Clots
• Active Acne
• Thrombosis
• Rosacea / Weeping eczema
• Botox for the 1stfive days after injections
• Note: Avoid massage if your or your client has taken aspirin in the last few hours as it thins the blood and cup kiss will present darker than usual.
