    Sally-Ann Creed® Gelatine Granules are derived from bovine hides and are manufactured locally in South Africa. Gelatine is a wonderful product filled with many benefits. Gelatine is a protein with high levels of glycine –  one of the key amino acids in collagen – and is a form of type 1 collagen. Unlike collagen, Gelatine cannot be dissolved in cold liquids – only hot – and is known for its gelling properties. Gelatine also has a stronger taste profile than collagen. Because of these differences, collagen is the preferred choice as a nutritional supplement, whereas gelatine is most often used as a cooking and baking aid.

     

    Ingredients: Gelatine, sulphur dioxide, acidity regulator

    Allergens: Contains sulphur dioxide. Packed in a factory that handles nuts and oats (gluten)

    Instructions for use: Mix 1 – 2 tablespoons (1 TBSP = 10g), in hot water to dissolve, then add to any food or beverage
