    Carb Control Tea provides a sugar-busting combination in a robust brew. Gymnema sylvestre leaf is known in India as gurmar, the ‘sugar destroyer’. It has been used for centuries as an aid to curb carb cravings. The Ceylon cinnamon may help control blood sugar levels.

    Suggested use:

    1 teaspoon per 250ml. Brew for 6-7 minutes.
