Herbal Tea Loose – Mate

A restorative herbal tea that is a good general tonic.

May assist with:

• Curbing appetite
• Diuretic
• General tonic
• Stimulant
• Restores trace mineral depletion

Suggested use:

Use one level teaspoon of herbal tea to one cup of boiling water. Allow to draw for ten minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink one cup a day. Does not interfere with sleep.
