Rock Rose is a dark viscous essential oil with a musky aroma that has been used in perfumery for over 3000 years.

• Bronchitis
• Coughs & colds
• Mature skin & wrinkles

Suggested use: Please conduct your own research

• Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
• Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under your nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
• Blend a few drops with a natural aqueous cream or particular carrier oil for skin applications
• Add a few drops to a little water in one of our oil burners
• Add a few drops to a bowl of steaming hot water
