    Directions

    As a foot soak:
    Pour salts into warm, running water. Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil blend. For general well-being add 1 cup. For tired, sore feet add 2 cups. Soak for 20 minutes letting the minerals absorb into the skin. Enjoy.

    As a scrub:
    To gently remove dead skin cells, cleanse, smooth, exfoliate and revitalize hard-working feet, mix a handful of Epsom Salts with a carrier oil of choice and a few drops of the essential oil blend. Wet your hands and gently massage onto clean dry skin. Rinse off with warm water. Scrubbing with salt is known to aid circulation, remove toxins, and help relieve aches and pains.
