It occurs naturally in mushrooms, fermented foods and various fruits, such as grapes, melons and pears, and it is also found in supplement form as a crystalline powder. Take 2 tablespoons a day in your coffee or tea, juice or water, cereal, yoghurt or even in your cooking. You can take it at any time of day. Make sure to enjoy your Granules daily for maximum benefit.Minis:
Bone Broth
Add 1 Tablespoon into a smoothie or shake or use it to flavour soups, stews, curries etc. When adding it into cooking add it early in the process as it needs to simmer to dissolve.Blueberry:
Add 1 Tablespoon a day into a smoothie or sprinkle it over fresh fruit or yoghurt for an extra burst of nutrients.Hot Chocolate:
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons into boiling water to dissolve and then add your sweetener and milk of choice to create a rich drink.Collagen Creamer:
Add 1 TBS to a cup of coffee to add protein as well as a luxurious creaminess.Multi Collagen powder:
Add 3tablespoons into 250ml of water and blend. Can be added into smoothies or shakes, or stirred into oats.Lean Vanilla shake:
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons to 250ml of water and shake to dissolve.Shiitake Mushroom booster:
