Think rich, creamy OG strawberry milk flavour, but with a twist —25g of premium METALAB protein per scoop and absolutely no added sugar.   Suggested use: Adults: Mix one heaped scoop (34 g) with 250 ml to 300 ml of cold water or milk depending on personal preference. For 10-17 years: mix two thirds of a scoop (22 g) with 160ml to ml to 200ml of cold-water or milk depending on personal preference. For 4-9 years: mix one third of a scoop (11 g) with 80 mi to ml to 100ml of cold-water or milk depending on personal preference.
