Raspberry Leaf Tea A nutritious herbal tea that is rich in vitamins. May assist with:

• Childbirth
• Diarrhoea
• Tonsillitis

• Mouth inflammation

• Minor wounds & burns
• Conjunctivitis

Suggested use: Use one level teaspoon of herbal tea to one cup of boiling water. Allow to draw for ten minutes. Add honey if desired. Drink one, three times daily. In preparation for childbirth, can be taken in the last three months of pregnancy and during labour to ease labour pain. Not to be given during the early stages of pregnancy.
