Make South Africa’s much-loved red cappuccino® and red latte® with our signature ground Rooibos. 100% premium Rooibos tea that has been specially ground for use in coffee appliances, it delivers a strong, full-bodied Rooibos espresso that is the base for all of our red drinks.

Make it on an Aeropress
- Scoop 14g red espresso® Rooibos
- Fill with hot water
- Stir gently
- Allow to brew for 1 minute
- Plunge
- Make it on your French Press
- Use 12g (two table spoons) of red espresso® Rooibos per cup
- Top with just-boiled water
- Stir gently and allow to brew for 2 – 3 minutes
- To adjust the strength add more ground Rooibos
- Make it on your Stovetop Moka Pot
- Fill the filter basket evenly leaving enough space for our red espresso® Rooibos to expand
- Place on a medium heat and allow to percolate
- Not suitable for use in super automatic machines or bean-to-cup machines
