Refectocil Care Balm

Overnight, vitamins and plant oil ingredients contained in the Care Balm strengthen the hair making it healthy, shiny & less brittle. Additionally, castor oil supports natural lash & brow growth.   Suggested use: Apply to Brows and Lashes 3-4 times a week before going to bed with the easy-to-use applicator and leave the Care Balm on as an overnight treatment.
