Dosage and Directions for Use: Take 1 tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not recommended for children 18 years and younger

Warnings and special precautions: Contraindicated in patients with an allergic hypersensitivity to any of these ingredients. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated dose. Avocado Unsaponifiables may reduce the efficacy of anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) and could increase blood pressure when combined with certain antidepressants (e.g., MAOIs). Gamma Oryzanol should be used cautiously in individuals with thyroid conditions (hypothyroidism).
Interactions: Avocado Unsaponifiables may interact with anticoagulants and MAOIs. Gamma Oryzanol may enhance the effects of cholesterol-lowering medications and should be used cautiously in individuals taking such medications
