Sally Ann Creed Gluten Free All Purpose Flour 500g

500g Ingredients:  a special blend of tapioca, potato and rice flours.  Wheat-free, gluten-free and no preservatives. Use this gluten-free flour mixture in place of any other flour you would normally use to thicken sauces, bake muffins, breads or cakes.  It makes wonderfully light cakes and can be used in place of any ordinary grain-based flour, but without the gluten, gliadin etc.
