Replenish your muscles after a long run or workout with the tailwind rebuild recovery drink. It’s designed using a vegan and non-GMO formula that is easy on your stomach and contains plenty of amino acids to act quickly towards healing muscle fibers.   Suggested use: Mix a packet of tailwind rebuild with 500ml of water. Drink within the first 30 minutes after exercise. For longer or more intense workouts, follow with another packet of tailwind rebuild in the following 30 minutes.   Pour 1-2 scoops (each scoop is 27 grams) into a bottle (500-600 ml) for less than 2 hour workouts or 2-3 scoops for longer grunts.
