Each 5ml dose contains:

  WILD CHERRY extract equivalent to dry bark 264mg
• MARSHMALLOW extract equivalent to dry root 952mg
• LICORICE extract equivalent to dry root 285.6mg
• RIBWORT extract equivalent to dry leaf 636mg
• In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine,
  natural flavours, citric acid and water.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)
To support rest at night: Take 5mls before bed plus 5mls as needed through the night up to a maximum of 20mls.
