USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Adults over over 12 years take:

• Acute support: For immediate support, take 5-10mls at the first sign of symptoms and then 5-10mls up to five times per day.
• Everyday support: To maintain a proactive immune defence, take 5mls twice daily.
