Turmeric Powder Re-fill

Turmeric powder is a bright yellow spice, finely ground from the root of a plant closely related to ginger. Earthy and aromatic in taste, turmeric is central to Indian cuisine and features strongly in curries. It is also prominent in Moroccan dishes and is used to spice meat and vegetables.

Suggested use:

Add a teaspoon of turmeric to your smoothies, soups and lentil stews. Stir into cheese sauce or sprinkle on eggs whilst cooking.
