Our vitamin C is derived from sea buckthorn berries, a nutritious berry that contains around 10 times more vitamin C than an oranges. INGREDIENTS:

Each 10ml dose contains:

• WILD HARVESTED SEA BUCKTHORN extract equivalent to fresh berries 144,500mg standardised to contain 650mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
• In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, thaumatin, citric acid and water.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take the recommended dose by age group:

• Adults (over 12 years): 10mls (2 metric tsp)
  
• Children (6-12 years): 5mls (1 metric tsp)
  
• Young Children (1-5 years): 1ml ( metric tsp)
  
  
• Acute support: If unwell, take recommended dose every 3 hours daily.
  
• Daily support: Take recommended dose once daily to support a healthy immune system.
