It is often compared to Rooibos tea, with Honeybush having a deliciously floral, lightly roasted flavour – very similar to honey – and is slightly sweeter tasting than Rooibos. It is known to grow mostly in the mountainous, coastal regions of South Africa, and has been used for centuries for its wonderful medicinal properties, and is quickly growing in popularity in the international markets.
