Sally Ann’s bio-sweet is both a prebiotic and a sweetener, therefore not only is it a delicious sweetener but it also helps maintain a healthy gut microbiome. Less than 5g net carbs per serving with zero aftertaste. Spoon for spoon this sweetener is as sweet as regular sugar. It is heat-stable and can be used in hot or cold beverages or added to food and will not lose its nutritional value.
