Sfera Critical Care is a blend of herbal and medicinal mushrooms with the intent to assist with recovery in a time of colds and flu.

Suggested use: For early onset symptoms, take two (2) capsules, three times per day with food, or as directed by your health care provider. Don’t use continuously for more than 10 days without consulting a health care provider.

*When taking Chinese skullcap the herb reaches peak levels in the plasma of the body organs in about 1 hour and only lasts in the body for about 4 hours, so you need to dose about 3 – 4 hours.
