It’s excellent for hyperactive children and a good source of vitamins and minerals. Simply add a teabag or two to a water bottle or travel cup and enjoy it as a refreshing cold drink to enjoy while playing at home, doing sports or during lunch breaks.
Preparation instructions:Â use 1 teabag for every 250ml cold or room temperature water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup. Steep for 10 min to max 30 min. Stir or shake in between.
