    Suggested use: Dissolve one half teaspoon of organic mix in a little hot water. Add about 50ml of warm or milk, stir and drink. use every 2-3 hours at onset of symptoms or when experiencing a cold flu. when not experiencing any symptoms, use once or twice daily for general immunity support. Can also be used to enhance the favour of sews stir-fries, soups, scrambled egg, curries, etc.
